This was our first wedding of 2015 and I can tell you, if this is any indication of our year, it's going to be a great one! I met Mike way back when on a rescue squad, and after loosing touch for a few years I was so excited to hear back from him when he was engaged (and even more excited for him after meeting Michele, they dont come much sweeter than her)! Mike and Michele chose to have an intimate ceremony with mostly family (Mike has two sons, Michele has one) aboard the USS Yorktown. (Mike served in the Navy!) Prior to the ceremony, we met them at a gazebo in nearby Battery Park, where they had their "first look" and we could take our time finding cute locations downtown. The ceremony then took place in front of an incredible sunset over the water, with the cityscape in the background.... absolutely perfect! After the ceremony, we pretty much had the freedom to shoot all over, including the flight deck! This was such an amazing experience and we are so thankful to have had this opportunity! Mike and Michele, we truly hope you love your wedding day images, and to Mike, thank you for your service! Congratulations you two!
XOXO, Cassie Leigh
P.S. Life is too short for ordinary portraits :)
