When I met Joe and Melanie, I knew right away I would love them.  Melanie is one of those people that is just always smiling, and Joe is from Rhode Island and has a very similar sense of humor to John (the other half of CLP and also from RI!)  We met at their wedding venue for their engagement session, and I'm so glad we did!  We met "the other Melanie", who runs the venue, and we couldn't have asked her to be more sweet or helpful.  We took our time exploring the campus and the breathtaking views of the rolling countryside.  After a lot of laughs, jokes, and plenty of bug bites, the images below are just a few of the results. :)  It felt like just a fun time hanging out with friends.  We're looking forward to their wedding this fall at Carolina Country Weddings and Events!
